The halls of Paris, where I spent part of my childhood not far from the square of the Innocents, the Rue Saint Denis, the Louvre and the Tuileries Gardens one of my playground

The halls of Paris was the name given to the central market, wholesale market of fresh food in the heart of Paris, in the 1st district, which gave their name to the surrounding neighborhood.

At the height of its activity and lack of space, the market stalls settled even in the adjacent streets, ripening bananas, clothing and equipment, kitchen accessories for florists, material handling, ect ...

Enjoy the trip to visit the Cathedral of Our Lady Of Nazareth And His Cloister you will not be disappointed, do not bother to even believe and admire with respect.

The Cathedral Notre Dame de Nazareth, the mother church of the diocese of Vaison (forty parishes in the Papal State and the Dauphiné), was the center of a medieval village has disappeared.

The bishop resided in the Bishop's Palace and near the canons in the cloister and its annexes.

Built in the eleventh century on the site of early Christian buildings, according to a basilica, then rebuilt in the following century, the architecture is beautiful example of Romanesque Provence.

The cloister, which rises to the north of the cathedral housed the canons. the plan of the building, four gallery around a courtyard, reminiscent of the function of the peristyle of the Roman house: light, ventilation and connecting parts.

And the cloister served the cathedral and the rooms reserved for canons.

Most capitals are decorated with sheets of water (palms), but some in the west gallery, you can admire acanthus leaves, interlacing, and small stylized figures.

The monastery also houses a few terse element Christians from different periods which can not include a few pieces:

A beautiful marble sarcophagus of the fifteenth century presents the twelve apostles.

Besides, it should be noted early Christian funerary inscriptions from the late third century or early fourth century.

Further, a double-sided cross from the late fifteenth century is decorated christ and blank on the other side.
